Never own a dog. Just cats, birds & fishes so far.

Saw a chap at the void deck training his dog in the afternoon. He had the dog, a Jack Russell, on a leash. He took a few steps with the dog beside him. The moment he stopped, he ordered it to do the same. If the dog didn't stop, the chap would pull its leash real hard. So a couple of times the poor thing was like hanging by his collar, with his front legs barely touching the ground. A real mean thing to do to a dog.
