Staff Issues #2
I spoke to Mr Z yesterday. It didn't go too badly. In fact Mr Z was aware of the conflict he's having with our boss. The only reason he didn't resign was that we had been quite supportive and understanding when he had that problem with his thesis submission. So the session was quite amicable.
Anyway the market is still very hot for geotechnical engineer and I'm sure he should be able to get another job soon. I wish Mr. Z all the best.
